About the role
- Presales & Customer Engagement: Partner with sales teams to identify, qualify, and develop networking opportunities with enterprise clients
- Design and present comprehensive network solutions that align with customer business requirements and technical constraints
- Lead proof-of-concept demonstrations and technical presentations to C-level executives and IT leadership
- Implement and deliver network projects from design through deployment with accurate sizing and project management
- Stay current with emerging networking technologies and contribute to standard methodologies and documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of enterprise networking experience with focus on design and implementation
- 5+ years of presales or customer-facing technical consulting experience
- Proven track record of delivering complex networking projects in enterprise environments
- Core Networking: expert-level knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), switching technologies (VLANs, STP, VPC), and network services (DHCP, DNS, NTP, QoS)
- Cisco Technologies: Catalyst switching, Nexus data center platforms
- Aruba Technologies: campus and data center switching, wireless solutions, and ClearPass policy management
- Arista Technologies: Arista switching platforms, EOS operating system, and CloudVision management
- Data Center: data center networking, virtualization integration, and modern data center fabrics
- WAN Technologies: SD-WAN, MPLS, and hybrid WAN
- Advanced vendor certifications (preferred): Cisco CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Data Center, or CCIE; Aruba ACMP/ACMX/ACDX; Arista ACE Level 3/4
