Responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from initiation to completion
Lead and manage projects such as implementation of veterinary software solutions (including PIMS), adoption of new digital platforms, integrations, and enhancement of data management and analysis systems in veterinary care
Develop project plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, and manage risks and challenges
Implement project management methodologies to organize functional teams and vendors while tracking and reporting on progress
Foster collaboration, communicate updates to project team members, vendors, and stakeholders, and perform post-implementation reviews
Stay updated on veterinary technology trends

Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
5+ years of project management experience
Demonstrated experience in technical settings and/or implementing veterinary or human health software
Expertise in areas like SDLC, cloud platforms, and databases
Understanding of veterinary workflows and familiarity with veterinary practice management software
Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Leadership, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, experience with Agile methodologies and tools, and adaptability
Preferred: project management certifications
Preferred: experience with emerging technologies in animal health, familiarity with budgeting and vendor management, and with various veterinary practice management systems
