About the role

  • Oversee architecture, design, implementation and maintenance of network, IT infrastructure and security measures
  • Manage a team of network designers and security analysts ensuring network optimization, performance, reliability, and security across LAN, WAN, wireless, cloud, data centers, and enterprise IT assets
  • Develop, document, implement and maintain network architectural standards
  • Deliver reliable patterns for LAN, WLAN, WAN, cloud and security measures
  • Analyze network performance, plan for capacity needs, recommend upgrades
  • Collaborate with IT and business organizations to achieve silent operations
  • Lead and mentor network engineers and security analysts
  • Maintain documentation and participate in audits and assessments

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Cisco and Arista networking, load balancing, firewalls, and/or related technologies
  • 5+ years of experience with network design, architecture, protocols, security, and/or operations
  • 3+ years of experience in managing and/or leading network and/or security design and architecture
  • Current legal authorisation to work immediately in Italy (no visa sponsorship)
