About the role

  • Manage and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure to ensure optimal network performance and reliability

  • Demonstrated hands-on expertise in configuring and managing routers, switches, wireless networks, firewalls, and F5 load balancers across vendors like Cisco, Juniper, Check Point, and Dell
  • Applied strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a critical, creative, and independent approach to resolving complex network issues
  • Utilized IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and network monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Maintained robust network security through knowledge of protocols such as 802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS+, VPNs, NAC, and Zero Trust models
  • Holds industry certifications including CCNA, CCNP, CCSA/CCSE, JNCIA-MistAI, and F5 Application Delivery and Security
