About the role
- Lead a global team consisting of senior network designers, developers, and analysts to develop, evaluate and procure tools
- Deploy automation and AI to enable proactive detections, analysis, or immediate response to reactive issues or outages
- Lead and mentor a team of Developers, designers, and Network Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Collaborate with other teams and partners to enhance our comprehensive network automation and operations
- Manage budget and resources effectively
- Work with peers in Operations, Security, Design, Architecture and Network services to understand their needs and requirements for automation, and tools
- Work closely with peers, and Senior Management to develop and implement the vision and strategy for the Network & Automation Tools & Compliance
- Ensure that we stay compliant with respect to all the software and hardware on 10,000+ devices and systems across the globe
- Generate and report-out on network Tools & Automation activities, including tools and automation efficiencies, monitoring, compliance metrics and other KPI’s or metrics as required
- Participate in network audits and assessments remediating any findings through documented, process driven responses
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in managing and/or leading Network, Tools and Automation
- 3+ years of experience in managing and/or leading network compliance
- 3+ years of experience with asset management
- 3+ years of experience managing and/or leading software upgrades across a network
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience driving a culture of can-do attitude and innovation
