Coordinates with Global Sales and Marketing (GSM) Sales team on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
Coordinates with GSM Sales team for regular deliverables, briefings, meetings and work packages
Develop and manage capture budgets, track expenditures, and ensure proper resource allocation throughout the capture process
Leverages company resources to support customer commitments, gain a competitive advantage and foster business growth by developing a general understanding of Boeing products and services, process and operations and resources
Captures and documents general information related to customer business, culture, issues and concerns, requirements, and economic and environmental influences by researching available resources, web-sites and publications
Assists in the interface with the customer and internal Boeing resources to keep both apprised of key issues and concerns
Assists in the development of internal and customer solutions by performing analysis of needs and available resources for specific products and solutions with minimal guidance
Evaluates processes that can be improved, makes recommendations to the internal team, and executes such projects
Assists in the preparation of management review materials
Assists in the preparation of internal presentations and supporting material
Gathers and compiles strategic information into a consolidated package to facilitate the development of strategy and tactics with guidance
Supports creation of presentation materials and management review packages
Responsible for maintaining Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database; Salesforce
Role will work directly with the identified Divisions Leadership and Sales team regularly
Special projects and ad hoc tasks are assigned as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience supporting or managing Vertical Lift competitive domestic or international sales campaigns
5+ years of experience in business capture or program management, global sales and marketing or a related field
Able to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time
