About the role
- Coordinates with Global Sales and Marketing (GSM) Sales team on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
- Coordinates with GSM Sales team for regular deliverables, briefings, meetings and work packages
- Develop and manage capture budgets, track expenditures, and ensure proper resource allocation throughout the capture process
- Leverages company resources to support customer commitments, gain a competitive advantage and foster business growth
- Captures and documents general information related to customer business, culture, issues and concerns
- Assists in the interface with the customer and internal Boeing resources
- Assists in the development of internal and customer solutions by performing analysis of needs and available resources
- Evaluates processes that can be improved, makes recommendations to the internal team, and executes such projects
- Assists in the preparation of management review materials and internal presentations
- Gathers and compiles strategic information into a consolidated package to facilitate the development of strategy and tactics
- Responsible for maintaining Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database; Salesforce & assists the leadership and sales team regularly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience supporting or managing Vertical Lift competitive domestic or international sales campaigns
- 5+ years of experience in business capture or program management, global sales and marketing or a related field
- Able to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time
