About the role

  • Coordinates with Global Sales and Marketing (GSM) Sales team on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
  • Coordinates with GSM Sales team for regular deliverables, briefings, meetings and work packages
  • Develop and manage capture budgets, track expenditures, and ensure proper resource allocation throughout the capture process
  • Leverages company resources to support customer commitments, gain a competitive advantage and foster business growth
  • Captures and documents general information related to customer business, culture, issues and concerns
  • Assists in the interface with the customer and internal Boeing resources
  • Assists in the development of internal and customer solutions by performing analysis of needs and available resources
  • Evaluates processes that can be improved, makes recommendations to the internal team, and executes such projects
  • Assists in the preparation of management review materials and internal presentations
  • Gathers and compiles strategic information into a consolidated package to facilitate the development of strategy and tactics
  • Responsible for maintaining Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database; Salesforce & assists the leadership and sales team regularly

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience supporting or managing Vertical Lift competitive domestic or international sales campaigns
  • 5+ years of experience in business capture or program management, global sales and marketing or a related field
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time
