Creative Strategist

• Lead end-to-end creation of high-performing ad creative, from ideation and scripting through editing and iteration.
• Focus on ads that convert, especially on Instagram, and produce thumb-stopping video and static content that drives results.
• Guide broader creative direction across growth channels and work closely with the media buying team to monitor performance and inform iterations.
• Concept, produce, and deliver 4–6 new performance ad concepts per month.
• Shoot/edit short-form UGC-style video or source and repurpose it into high-converting creative.
• Develop static creative, carousels, and motion graphics aligned with platform best practices.
• Build creative testing frameworks and optimize based on results from Meta/Instagram.
• Translate CRM strategy into performance-driven creative briefs for email and provide direction on subject lines, layout, visual hierarchy, and hooks to drive CTR and revenue.
• Collaborate with internal copy and design team members to elevate email creative using performance principles.

Performance Creative Strategist

• Own strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other organic channels
• Develop and manage a rolling content calendar (~5 posts/week) that supports brand and business priorities
• Concept, write, shoot, and edit content—including short-form video and original graphics
• Write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy that brings our voice and content pillars to life
• Respond to comments and mentions; engage with aligned brands and creators to build community
• Track performance and report regularly; use insights to inform what’s next
• Continuously surface ideas, test them, and adjust based on what the data shows
• Identify and engage influencers and creators aligned with our brand and mission
• Negotiate mutually beneficial terms, starting with product seeding and growing into paid collaborations
• Manage influencer partnerships end-to-end: outreach, contracting, briefing, asset review, and performance tracking
• Ensure influencer content aligns with marketing campaigns and delivers ROI

• Bodily is on a mission to transform the most commonly misunderstood experiences in women’s health—starting with postpartum, breastfeeding, pregnancy and pregnancy loss. We make functional, comfortable products backed by research and designed to support people through big physiological transitions.
• We’re looking for a Customer Experience Lead to own how we show up for our customers. This is a part-time, hourly role—3–5 hours per day, remote—but it’s a big job: you’ll be the sole point of contact for all customer inquiries, managing everything from ticket resolution to returns, insights, and improvements.
• This role requires someone who’s experienced, autonomous, and deeply thoughtful about the customer experience. You’ll use tools like Gorgias, Loop, and Shopify daily. You’ll also work cross-functionally to make sure what our customers are saying is heard and acted on.
