About the role

  • Bodily is on a mission to transform the most commonly misunderstood experiences in women’s health—starting with postpartum, breastfeeding, pregnancy and pregnancy loss. We make functional, comfortable products backed by research and designed to support people through big physiological transitions.
  • We’re looking for a Customer Experience Lead to own how we show up for our customers. This is a part-time, hourly role—3–5 hours per day, remote—but it’s a big job: you’ll be the sole point of contact for all customer inquiries, managing everything from ticket resolution to returns, insights, and improvements.
  • This role requires someone who’s experienced, autonomous, and deeply thoughtful about the customer experience. You’ll use tools like Gorgias, Loop, and Shopify daily. You’ll also work cross-functionally to make sure what our customers are saying is heard and acted on.

Requirements

  • Experience using Gorgias, Shopify, Loop Returns, and Slack.
  • You’ve worked with AI agents in Gorgias before and know when to step in.
  • You’ve owned or led customer experience for a brand before—ideally in underwear, maternity, or women’s health.
  • Excellent writing skills. You explain things clearly and with empathy.
  • Strong judgment. You know when to follow policy and when something needs a human touch.
  • You’re autonomous and proactive. You take ownership, follow through, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Experience working solo in CX or within a lean team is a big plus.
