Creative Strategist

• Lead end-to-end creation of high-performing ad creative, from ideation and scripting through editing and iteration.
• Focus on ads that convert, especially on Instagram, and produce thumb-stopping video and static content that drives results.
• Guide broader creative direction across growth channels and work closely with the media buying team to monitor performance and inform iterations.
• Concept, produce, and deliver 4–6 new performance ad concepts per month.
• Shoot/edit short-form UGC-style video or source and repurpose it into high-converting creative.
• Develop static creative, carousels, and motion graphics aligned with platform best practices.
• Build creative testing frameworks and optimize based on results from Meta/Instagram.
• Translate CRM strategy into performance-driven creative briefs for email and provide direction on subject lines, layout, visual hierarchy, and hooks to drive CTR and revenue.
• Collaborate with internal copy and design team members to elevate email creative using performance principles.
