Lead end-to-end creation of high-performing ad creative, from ideation and scripting through editing and iteration.
Focus on ads that convert, especially on Instagram, and produce thumb-stopping video and static content that drives results.
Guide broader creative direction across growth channels and work closely with the media buying team to monitor performance and inform iterations.
Concept, produce, and deliver 4–6 new performance ad concepts per month.
Shoot/edit short-form UGC-style video or source and repurpose it into high-converting creative.
Develop static creative, carousels, and motion graphics aligned with platform best practices.
Build creative testing frameworks and optimize based on results from Meta/Instagram.
Translate CRM strategy into performance-driven creative briefs for email and provide direction on subject lines, layout, visual hierarchy, and hooks to drive CTR and revenue.
Collaborate with internal copy and design team members to elevate email creative using performance principles.
Requirements
4+ years in performance creative for DTC brands (freelance, agency, or in-house)
A proven portfolio of Meta/Instagram ad creative that delivered performance results
Experience ideating and producing short-form video content (UGC, testimonial, demo, etc.)
Strong grasp of key metrics (CTR, CVR, thumb-stop rate, ROAS) and how to optimize toward them
Hands-on proficiency with editing/design tools (CapCut, Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite)
Ability to own the full creative lifecycle from idea to asset
Bonus: Experience in maternity, postpartum, women’s health, or soft-line apparel
