• This is a 0–1 product discovery role. You'll spend most of your time figuring out what to build through rapid experimentation, not executing a known roadmap. You'll discover what hoteliers actually trust AI to handle, where the technology works and where it fails, and how to build autonomous systems that earn trust in high-stakes situations. • Own the funnel end-to-end — signup → activation → trial → paid → retained. Set the model, run the experiments
• Own trial-to-paid conversion — design the trial experience, the upgrade moment, and the pricing copy that turns active trials into paying hosts
• Run the full lifecycle program — onboarding sequence, in-product messaging, winback for paused trials, expansion for hosts adding properties
• Sharpen positioning as the product evolves — Hosto is creating a new category. Your job is to find the words that get hosts to nod, that make the value obvious in five seconds, that hold up against a dozen lookalikes
• Own the landing page and message-to-market fit — the LP is the conversion engine. Test headlines, proof points, social proof, layout
• Build the activation moment — design the moment a new host first feels Hosto earn its keep

Lead Product Marketing Manager, Growth & Lifecycle

• Own the Hosto Agent roadmap end-to-end — from "the agent finds money in the first two minutes after sign-up" to "the agent runs the property without the host opening the app for a week".
• Design conversational UX, not screens — most product decisions happen inside chat: when the agent acts vs. asks, what gets escalated, how memory works across sessions and properties.
• Own the new-host moment — design the post-signup flow where the agent surfaces real money before the host has touched a setting. Activation is the lever everything else hangs on.
• Set the agent's autonomy ladder — Autopilot, Co-pilot, Radar. Get this wrong and hosts churn or panic. Get it right and Hosto replaces a $250/month human cohost.
• Ship weekly with one engineering pod — write specs that go straight to code. No slide decks in between Talk to hosts every week — sit on demo calls, watch session replays, run async feedback loops
