About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with hotel clients, becoming their primary point of contact.
- Evaluate the performance of assigned accounts and implement strategies for optimization and revenue growth.
- Negotiate competitive rates and terms with clients to ensure mutual profitability.
- Assist Account Executives with various administrative tasks, including client outreach and account management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as business development and customer support, to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) to manage account records and track sales interactions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, particularly in Hotel Revenue/Reservations/Leisure Sales.
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry and online booking platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com.
- Experience in B2B sales is advantageous.
- A dedication to ongoing learning and growth in B2B sales methods.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities conducive to relationship-building.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- The ability to multitask and navigate a fast-paced workplace.
- Ability to work US/EST hours;
