About the role
- Support an assigned senior leader in designing and executing strategic priorities for the business
- Gather and integrate information to promote effective and profitable operation of the business
- Interpret financial and business results and provide planning, support and recommendations
- Support management of operational and compliance risk
- Develop effective communications for senior leader and leadership team
- Assist in development of business strategies and strategic plans
- Lead change management programs including readiness, stakeholder management, execution and sustainment
- Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards; monitor and track performance
- Coordinate budgets and reporting to track actual results vs. budget
- Provide specialized consulting, analytical and technical support and resolve strategic issues
Requirements
- Typically between 4 - 7 years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree in related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience
