About the role
- Report to the Austin-based CEO/Founder as second in command
- Lead and optimize operational processes to support rapid growth
- Collaborate directly with CEO to implement strategic initiatives as Lead Integrator
- Drive performance, productivity, and profitability across the organization
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination and execution
- Inspire and manage a talented team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Act as a strategic, action-oriented President-type with potential to step into COO role
Requirements
- Degree / MBA
- Right to Work in Country USA Citizen
- Proven experience in senior operations management
- Experience in a high-growth small company (20-50 staff range) (not only from a medium or large corporation)
- Skills Required: Operations, Integrator, D2C, Apparel
- A strategic thinker with a track record of driving operational excellence
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team
- A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid remote-based work environment, with occasional in-person meetings
- Experience taking companies through a major growth curve over a 3-5+ year tenure, ideally twice before
