Requirements
7-15+ years’ experience across the full HR generalist spectrum (USA employment law, payroll, benefits, compliance, performance, learning & development)
Proven success hiring and retaining top talent in high-growth tech, fintech, or crypto environments
Strong network and relationships with specialist talent in quantitative trading, technology, data science, and digital finance
Confident, proactive communicator able to influence at all levels
Comfortable working in a dynamic, distributed (remote + hybrid) team environment
