About the role
- **What You'll Do:**
- - Source candidates through our ATS, job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- - Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate fit for both skill and culture.
- - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and communicate next steps to candidates.
- - Keep ATS pipelines organized, accurate, and up to date.
- - Represent Apple Roofing’s brand and values in every interaction, providing clear communication and a positive candidate experience.
- - Support onboarding handoffs and documentation for new hires.
- - Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruiting process.
Requirements
- **What We're Looking For:**
- - 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (construction, roofing, or sales recruiting preferred).
- - Familiarity with Workable or similar applicant tracking systems.
- - Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities at once.
