Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for positions across multiple departments
Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies using various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
Drive equitable evaluation practices that ensure fairness and consistency in hiring decisions
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career motivations
Manage candidate pipeline and maintain regular communication throughout the recruitment process
Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate feedback collection from interview panels
Extend offers and negotiate terms while ensuring positive candidate experience
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and serve as trusted advisor on recruitment best practices
Collaborate with People team on onboarding processes and candidate experience improvements
Participate in recruitment strategy meetings and contribute to process optimization initiatives
Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking system (ATS)
Track and report on key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality
Provide weekly pipeline updates with comprehensive metrics including time per stage, stage yields, source mix, candidate trends, and identified risks
Conduct close of search debriefs for each completed search, analyze win/loss factors and document process improvements
Present recruitment progress and pipeline states to leadership with actionable insights
Requirements
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS startups
Proven track record of successfully filling all level positions
Experience with various sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and passive candidate identification
Strong interviewing and assessment skills with ability to evaluate both technical and soft skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret recruiting metrics and identify trends
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (experience with Greenhouse preferred)
Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn, job boards, and recruiting tools
Understanding of employment law and compliant recruiting practices
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools for recruitment metrics tracking
