Guide Through Certification: Support applicants in completing required training (NYPS or SERPA), with consistent follow-up to ensure timely progress.
Manage Indeed Pipeline: Filter resumes, message candidates, confirm interest and eligibility, and schedule screenings all through Indeed.
Maintain Applicant Tracking Sheets: Keep internal spreadsheets updated with certification progress, location needs, and applicant status.
Monitor Staffing Balance: Track staffing distribution by zip code to prevent over- or under-staffing in specific areas.
Respond to Questions: Address FAQs about the training, role expectations, and pay structure in a clear and respectful way.
Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with company leaders to hit recruitment targets and refine the hiring process.
Assist with Onboarding (future phase): After candidates are hired, help with tasks like session documentation, scheduling, or billing prep if needed.
