Business Development Rep

• Manage a team of 7 BDRs, providing leadership, campaign feedback, and coaching
• Build, test, measure, and iterate on multi-touch outbound sequences, including: cold outreach campaign creation/review (email, phone, LinkedIn, other), warm lead follow-up, relationship-based/cross-sell campaigns, marketing-aligned campaigns, and more.
• Conduct call reviews, objection-handling, and scripting workshops.
• Hire, screen, and onboard new representatives, with a focus on getting them to their first booked meeting fast.
• Build and actively maintain objection-handling, onboarding, scripting, and product-specific training playbooks to ensure BDRs remain current as our messaging and products evolves.
• Own team performance data end-to-end, acting proactively on KPIs such as outreach completed, reply rates, meetings booked, meetings held, and opportunities/pipeline created.
• Support CRM hygiene projects that impact BDR reporting accuracy
• Deliver weekly forecast rollups to leadership, which identify and flag pipeline risks and blockers proactively.
• Partner closely with sales leads, customer success, product, and marketing to understand organizational priorities and implement campaigns that support strategic objectives (new product launches, upsell campaigns, hand-off processes, top accounts, etc).
• Design signal-based campaigns that utilize intent data, news, announcements, and current relationships to prioritize outreach.
• Configure and oversee AI-powered BDR tools (such as Apollo, Artisan Ava, or other potential future tools). Recommend new tools as necessary.

Business Development Manager

Accountant

• Play a critical role in executing a highly efficient, accelerated monthly accounting close across both revenue and general corporate accounting areas.
• Prepare and record journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses for revenue as well as core balance sheet and income statement line items (e.g., accruals, prepaids, and capitalizable costs).
• Collaborate across the finance team to identify opportunities to automate manual accounting tasks to compress the close cycle.
• Own the revenue recognition function from end-to-end under ASC 606. Review and document complex sales contracts for revenue recognition implications, partnering closely with the Corporate Controller and Sales Operations.
• Manage rigorous billing reconciliation processes, bridging the gap between our CRM (Salesforce), billing systems, and NetSuite to prevent revenue leakage and ensure data integrity.
• Drive monthly SaaS metric calculations (ARR/MRR) and ensure they tightly align with recognized revenue and billing forecasts.
• Partner with Revenue Operations to build and maintain a forward-looking billings forecast tied to late-stage pipeline and contract terms.
• Lead audit-readiness initiatives, preparing robust audit schedules and workpapers for external auditors.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for the external audit team during the annual audit and quarterly reviews.

• Ensure all customer issues are diagnosed and addressed promptly
• Interface with customers and vendors to troubleshoot and mitigate data delivery issues
• Document troubleshooting steps taken and escalate customer issues when appropriate.

Outbound Technical Support Representative – Part-time

Attorney

• Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s business, strategy, policies and culture to provide legal support for the company's clients, offerings, and strategic relationships.
• Draft, review, and negotiate, a variety of contracts, including SaaS and other license agreements, master services agreements, statements of work, Business Associate agreements, vendor, client, and other innovative agreements with healthcare partners.
• Knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations, including data privacy and security.
• Advise on contract interpretation, obligations, risk exposure, dispute resolution, and other legal matters in a pragmatic manner that results in actionable business advice.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the entire company to drive business growth while managing legal risk.
• Assist with the completion of deal documents and diligence in connection with financing and M&A.
• Consult with and manage outside counsel as needed.
• Support and keep the VP of Legal informed on active negotiations and agreement developments.

SaaS Contracts Attorney

• Achieve quarterly and yearly revenue quotas.
• Consistently reach / exceed key activity milestones
• Prospect effectively using the variety of tools and resources available
• Build and maintain pipeline to ensure consistent quota achievement
• Provide accurate and timely reporting of opportunities, pipeline, account plans, and other activity within Bluesight’s CRM tool (currently SalesForce.com)
• Effectively collaborate across other teams within Bluesight to achieve individual and team goals
• Consistent use of defined sales process. This includes discovery, meeting preparation, leveraging internal resources, presentation details, use of customer references, and the transition to our implementation team.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors and industry trends and be able to articulate to clients Bluesight’s value and differentiation
• Negotiate customer pricing and contracts.
