Learning and Development

• Partner with customers during and post-implementation to ensure they are successfully leveraging ControlCheck to identify diversion trends and improve internal workflows.
• Attend customer meetings to review clinical workflows and analytics, enabling teams to interpret data, identify risks, and implement best practices for diversion prevention.
• Deliver targeted clinical training and consultation to deepen customer understanding of how Bluesight products integrate with their daily operations.
• Support top customers during Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and other strategic discussions focused on optimizing diversion detection and prevention.
• Own all aspects of the Diversion Collective, including planning, execution, speaker coordination, and post-event engagement to build a thriving clinical user community.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align clinical insights with customer goals, product enhancements, and training resources.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical training materials and documentation to ensure consistent, high-quality customer education.
• Act as a trusted clinical advisor, representing the voice of the customer and driving continuous improvement in both training and product use.
• Provide backup support for Case Review & Triage (CRT) for legacy Protenus customers, maintaining cadence, ensuring adherence to SLAs, and proactively identifying and escalating potential risks.

Clinical Customer Training Specialist

Technical Project Manager

• Act as a main point of contact for customers to resolve issues that have escalated beyond basic support tickets and could require longer-term efforts and the coordination of technical resources both internally and externally
• Serve as the project manager for internal projects that will support our future business goals and involve multiple stakeholders
• Set clear and realistic expectations with clients and ensure follow-through

Engineering Manager – Shared Services

Infrastructure Engineer

• Build and manage, well-architected and relevant cloud-based data classification and threat detection systems for assessing and resolving risk vectors
• Partner with internal product teams to implement a secure-by-default design into their own products
• Perform security audits and risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and create plans and preventative measures to protect against threats.
• Assist with responses to customer questions, questionnaires, and contract issues regarding compliance and security.
• Conduct reviews, train employees and advise on matters related to security and compliance across Bluesight
• Lead security incident response teams and partner with Bluesight engineering teams to understand and resolve incidents that arise

Senior Security Infrastructure Engineer

Business Development Rep

• Work closely with sales team members and marketing to develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Collaborate with Sales team to identify and target strategic accounts that fit our ICP and prioritize plays using outbound cadences (~60% of focus)
• Take ownership of Marketing leads to continue to build on initial interest and develop willingness to consider, intent to act and book a qualified meeting with Sales (~40% of focus)
• Understand hospital pharmacy and compliance challenges and pain points and be able to articulate how Bluesight can help them

Product Manager

• Understand the existing backlog of major initiatives and capabilities, how they fit together, and their strategic alignment
• Work in conjunction with the growth product manager to understand and ask questions about key customer/partner commitments and critical issues that will be transitioned to this role
• Work closely with engineering teams to create and plan Jira tickets and sprint plans
• Understand outstanding technical debt to be addressed over the next 12 months
• Determine key success metrics for the overall product line and identify areas of focus

• Consult with customers on how to properly extract, transform, and load their data into the Bluesight platform
• Acquire and retrieve data as necessary and assist in troubleshooting of data issues to ease end-user use of the application
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the implementation, product, and engineering team to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance data pipelines.

Associate Data Analyst

Compliance

• The Compliance Specialist is a part of the Bluesight Professional Services team, whose responsibilities focus on providing Best in KLAS compliance consultative services in partnership with the healthcare organizations using the Bluesight Health Compliance Analytics platform. Specifically, this role is responsible for case triage and review services for those partners that require assistance in reviewing the results created by the Bluesight platform. The Compliance Specialist will become an extension of the customer's compliance team using PrivacyPro and handling case triage and review procedures established in partnership with those customer teams. This role will also provide internal operations support to the Professional Services Compliance Consultants, assisting with assembling customer deliverables, scheduled and ad hoc reporting, and keeping team resources up-to-date.
Eventual duties will include assessment of customer privacy programs, ongoing consultative engagements, building/presenting reporting and insights for customer leadership, and services catered to other end users of the Bluesight platform.

Patient Privacy Compliance Specialist
