About the role
- Continuously track, evaluate initiative process flow from order to delivery for continuous improvement and establish training opportunities
- Sales Enablement and Innovation – collaborate with sales teams to optimize tactics and support the launch of new segment initiatives
- Perform business audits to ensure accuracy of order entry and fully understand scope of work
- Cross-functional collaboration – work closely with operations, estimating, builder services and brand sales to ensure alignment and execution of strategies
- Manage and maintain backlog order management data for monthly and quarterly forecasts
- Strategic Market Development – leverage market intelligence, identify emerging trends, customer needs and competitive opportunities in support of segment growth goals
- Perform project reviews, attend backlog and claims meetings
Requirements
- Associate or 2-year technical degree
- 6 years of relevant work experience
- 3 years PEMB experience or equivalent experience
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 8+ years of relevant work experience
- 4+ years PEMB experience
