• Oversee multiple production lines and drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, reliability, and overall performance.
• Develop a thorough understanding of BCP coating line processes and apply that knowledge to identify improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with the Director of Engineering and technical experts to benchmark best practices and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Spend significant time on plant floors driving real-time problem solving and supporting troubleshooting efforts.

• Directs the design and installation of new or replacement robotic and automation equipment
• Develops standards for reliability and guidelines for engineering and maintenance activities on said equipment

• Acts as project leader on new equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, and training
• Leads or assists in feasibility studies for new robotic or automation equipment
• Trains operations and maintenance users in new systems operations and maintenance activities
• Researches and investigates new technologies to decrease CPNA’s costs, increase effectiveness, and maintain business viability

Automation Engineer

Designer

• Manage and deliver quotations and pre-order assistance for high-complexity projects (450 to 600 hours +/-) with minimal oversight and quality assurance checks.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to develop pricing strategies and provide critical input on final pricing.
• Lead training sessions to improve understanding of pricing software capabilities among team members and builders.
• Act as a mentor and leader within the estimating team, guiding and developing junior and intermediate estimators.
• Continuously improve quote hit ratio and identify opportunities to enhance profitability.
• Drive the development of estimating best practices and ensure consistency in the estimation process.

Senior Design Estimator

Engineer

• Manage and deliver quotations and pre-order assistance for high-complexity projects (600 hours +/-) with little to no oversight and quality assurance checks.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to develop pricing strategies and provide critical input on final pricing.
• Lead training sessions to improve understanding of pricing software capabilities among team members and builders.
• Act as a mentor and leader within the estimating team, guiding and developing junior and intermediate estimators.
• Continuously improve quote hit ratio and identify opportunities to enhance profitability.
• Drive the development of estimating best practices and ensure consistency in the estimation process.

Estimating Engineer, PE

• Ensure builders are provided with timely, accurate and optimal quotations and pre-order assistance
• Provide design recommendations, loading assistance and value engineering ideas to peer estimators as required
• Collaborate with builders and project teams to discuss problems and challenges and help create cost effective and efficient solutions
• Support the salesforce with any needed information regarding quotations to allow setting of final price to builders
• Assist builders with understanding of pricing software and its capabilities
• Actively participate in work team and keep focus on regional objectives and profitability goals
• Mentor entry level and peer estimators

Estimating Engineer
