Security Engineer

• Play a critical role in safeguarding the organization’s assets, data, and operations by identifying, assessing, and mitigating security risks.
• Ensure the organization’s resilience against cyber threats, physical disruptions, and operational failures by implementing robust risk management and business continuity strategies tailored to the manufacturing sector.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across systems, applications, and business processes.
• Develop and maintain risk registers and mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and remediate identified risks.
• Design and implement business continuity and disaster recovery strategies in IT and OT space.
• Coordinate tabletop exercises and simulations to test resiliency plans.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
• Develop and present risk and resiliency dashboards, reports, and key risk indicators (KRIs) to leadership.
• Provide training and awareness programs on risk and resiliency topics.

Security Risk & Resiliency Analyst

Customer Support

• Assist the Project Manager with field calls
• Manage the life cycle of the field issue which includes investigating the issue
• Collaborate with other functions of the business to determine the resolution
• Serve as the contact for the customer (Builder) throughout the claims process
• Contribute to providing services and products with Zero Defects
• Respond to field issues reported by the Builders and problem solve field issues to resolve claims by reviewing plans, specifications, scope, COGS, job folder, and clarification
• Work with Manufacturing and Shipping on completing parts orders as well as processing job adds, shortages, and errors through Compass and BSP
• Write change orders and ensure they flow properly through the business
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Project Management to determine final resolution
• Track and follow-up on status of claims
• Document potential claim issues and provide Project Managers with back-up information for submitted claims
• Complete claims analysis and develop training on results of root cause analysis
• Create field call tracking matrix for complex multi-phase projects
• Facilitate communications with Builder during claims investigation and resolution process

Customer Service Representative

Account Executive

• Maintain and develop customer relations to sell ASC Profiles Product and meet sales goals established by Outside Sales Representative and the business unit.
• Develops new sales opportunities with customers in defined channels and segments.
• Builds relationships with current accounts and customers in assigned territory.
• Achieve assigned sales territory objectives through steering effort to profitable products and profitable customers.
• Manages entire sales process in assigned territory, including pricing, quotes, inquiries, follow up and closing of sales.
• Generates incremental volume in conjunction with inside and outside sales efforts, including marketing new and existing products.
• Quoting and project management.
• Partners with sales peers on open bid work to drive further development and closure.
• Proactively researches and assesses market trends and utilizes information to drive growth in assigned territory.

• Continuously track, evaluate initiative process flow from order to delivery for continuous improvement and establish training opportunities
