• Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and compliant financial documents for monthly and annual reporting.
• Assists in maintaining G/L Account Structure according to established departmental procedures.
• Reviews/prepares monthly General Journal Entries and maintains related documentation according to established departmental procedures.
• Reviews financial documents for accuracy and account reconciliation.
• Analyzes financial data for monthly financial statements and provides recommendations.
• Ensures financial records comply with GAAP.
• Generates financial reports.
• Collaborates with internal departments to complete accurate records and provide accounting support.
• Prepares reconciliation and other schedules for interim and annual audit in a manner, which will minimize the time and effort of this process.
• Prepares cash tracking/projection report. Responsible for all cash-related entries to the ledger and reconciliations.
