About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supports the administration and payroll reconciliation of employer-sponsored retirement plans, FSAs, and HSAs in a complex, multi-platform environment.
  • Reconciles data across HCM, payroll, and vendor systems to ensure accuracy of team member and employer contribution records, identifying and resolving discrepancies and coordinating corrections with internal teams and external vendors on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Key responsibilities include retirement plan, FSA, and HSA reconciliations, validation of contribution accuracy, and alignment of payroll and vendor files.
  • Supports retirement wellness initiatives, communication strategies, and participant engagement to drive enrollment and completion of required actions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Financial Wellness, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience leading and/or consulting in retirement or financial wellness benefits administration and team member benefit reconciliation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Financial Wellness, or a related field (preferred).
  • Recent certification and/or formal education or training in retirement benefit administration, general benefits administration, or a comparable field (preferred).
  • 5 or more years of experience leading and/or consulting in retirement or financial wellness benefits administration and team member benefit reconciliation (preferred).
  • Experience working in a healthcare or similarly complex environment and knowledge of benefits, Form 5500 filings, compensation, total rewards, payroll, and/or human resources (preferred).
