About the role
- Manage strategic event planning and execution for physical and digital events including webinars, workshops, conferences, tradeshows, customer events, and special meetings (Blue Mantis luxury suite at Gillette Stadium).
- Oversee sports sponsorships and stadium/partner events (New England Patriots, Carolina Panthers, Jacksonville Jaguars).
- Develop and maintain registration websites, manage communications, registration reporting, and attendee screening, collect feedback through surveys.
- Coordinate logistics: venue selection, vendor management, contract negotiation, onsite execution, shipping swag and printed materials, and budget management.
- Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, promotional activities, and company-wide event calendar.
- Support planning and execution of large-scale annual conferences including internal kickoff and Cloudscape customer conference.
- Monitor and analyze event performance, produce post-event recaps and analytics showing pipeline, revenue generation, and ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, partners, and BDR team to align event objectives, drive promotions, and integrate activities into social advocacy programs.
- Communicate updates across the organization and support internal communications for events and special projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite; willingness to learn WordPress.
- Experience in registration management tools (Swoogo preferred).
- Experience with Canva and Adobe Design Studio preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Understanding of the IT industry including MSP, VAR, and Channel operations.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support events and partner activities.
