About the role

  • Manage all aspects of physical and digital events, conferences, webinars, workshops, tradeshows, customer events, and special meetings.
  • Oversee sports sponsorships including Gillette Stadium events and partnerships with NFL teams.
  • Develop and maintain registration websites for virtual and in-person events; manage communications and collect feedback through surveys.
  • Manage registration reporting and screening registration requests.
  • Coordinate logistics including venue selection, vendor management, contract negotiation, onsite execution, and budget management.
  • Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and promotional activities.
  • Handle inventory, organization, and shipping of event swag and printed materials.
  • Support planning and execution of large-scale annual conferences including the internal kickoff and Cloudscape customer conference.
  • Oversee company-wide event calendar and integrate events into digital marketing and social advocacy programs.
  • Monitor and analyze event, sponsorship, and webinar performance; produce post-event recaps, reporting, and ROI analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records of event performance, attendees, budgets, and overall event spend.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, partner, and BDR teams to align event objectives and drive pipeline; communicate updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft office Suite.
  • Willingness to learn WordPress.
  • Experience in registration management tools (Swoogo preferred).
  • Experience with Canva and Adobe Design Studio preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of the IT industry including MSP, VAR, and Channel operations.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support events and partner activities.
