• Conduct or support Model Audit Rule (MAR) and other audits, in compliance with established policies, plans, procedures and governmental regulations to ensure effectiveness of financial and operational controls.
• Provide support for key financial and operational areas impacting financial reporting and risk-based audits of these areas (e.g. Enrollment, Premiums, Claims Operations, Provider Enrollment and Pricing, Accounting, and Information Technology areas).

• Provide an outstanding level of service to ancillary sales staff, BCBSMA sales and account management staff, customers, brokers, and consultants (return all calls and emails within 24 hours of receipt, up date email out of office and voicemail messages if out of the office, support other team members if they are out of the office).
• Develop solutions to complex business issues affecting BCBSMA ancillary customers
• Manage client folders with client correspondences
• Conduct Administration meetings with new accounts (face to face/virtual meeting to review forms, claims filing, billing and online enrollment tool)
• Manage service cases through Salesforce
• Represent our ancillary partner(s) when discussing enrollment, billing, underwriting guidelines, policy provisions, etc. to assure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain detailed knowledge of product portfolios of endorsed ancillary partners and specific requirements for sale, implementation, and service of ancillary benefit programs
