About the role
- Assist team with aspects of web design and digital marketing to align with corporate web strategy.
- Create mockups and prototypes using tools like Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Testing of interfaces, prototypes, emails, and digital creative assets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure brand consistency and adherence to design standards.
- Participate in user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Learn and apply Agile and Lean UX methodologies in a collaborative team environment.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance user experience.
- Contribute to front-end design and development and support corporate web strategy.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Cumulative GPA: 3.0+ GPA preferred; minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
- Interest in user-centered design and accessibility standards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Residency in or relocation to Louisiana is preferred for all positions.
