Lead the strategy for Nabu Casa's Cloud and Customer Support products, defining their future and aligning with the open-source community.
Identify and execute product strategy from ideation to delivery with engineers, program managers, and leadership at Nabu Casa and the Open Home Foundation.
Participate in day-to-day product development operations to ensure completion of work.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery and with the Open Home Foundation to ensure alignment and integration.
Help shape the product roadmap and involve the worldwide community in discovery and delivery.
Requirements
5+ years of experience driving and shaping strategy and vision for a product, delivering value to users as a product manager.
Experience in delivering products in the B2C space.
Meaningful experience with complete autonomy, and iterative development/releasing.
Proficiency in working in multi-disciplinary teams (UX designers, researchers, marketing, and engineers).
Proficiency in communication, being able to adapt the message to the audience.
Comfort with public speaking during workshops, meetups, livestreams, etc.
Professional Fluency in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
European Residency: You must be currently based and eligible to work within Europe.
Nice to have: A passion for smart homes and automation; Experience as a Home Assistant user; Curiosity and passion for learning.
