About the role
- Designing a wide variety of creative assets, including digital communication visuals, print materials, presentations, banners, developing innovative and compelling design concepts for campaigns and top-tier marketing projects and much more for different marketing channels.
- Working with different NordSecurity products.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams—project managers, stakeholders, country managers, designers, copywriters, and design leaders—to bring ideas to life.
- Ensuring all designs align with our brand guidelines and meet the highest quality standards.
- Staying on top of design trends, bringing fresh ideas to maintain a cutting-edge brand presence.
- Contributing to the visual and creative direction by brainstorming, problem-solving, and pitching new concepts.
- Taking ownership of projects: managing feedback, balancing stakeholder needs, and delivering on time.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing design within digital environments or creative agencies.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- A passion for design with an eagle eye for detail—you don’t miss a pixel.
- A collaborative mindset—you thrive as part of a team, offering support and sharing ideas.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain and defend your design decisions.
- Strong communication, prioritization, and ownership skills.
- Comfort in fast-paced environments where adaptability is key.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
