Account Manager

• Location: Boston; Department: Partnerships; Reports to: Head of Global Partnerships
• About Blink: employee super-app improving frontline workers' digital experience and connecting teams to systems, leaders, and each other
• Role: Lead and own North America partnership strategy focused on HRIS and enterprise technology partnerships
• Responsibilities: identify, recruit, and manage strategic partnerships; own and grow relationship with Workday; drive co-marketing, co-selling, and joint value propositions
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success on GTM, integrations, and partner-aligned product roadmaps
• Monitor and report partnership performance; represent Blink at partner events and act as internal partner champion.
