About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Executive Mapping: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations.
- Account Strategy & Growth: Create and execute account plans that drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
- External Partner Collaboration: Leverage existing relationships with Workday, ServiceNow, and other key technology partners to uncover opportunities for impactful integration use cases.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions and address client needs.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor client health and usage data to proactively identify risk and opportunity areas.
- Executive Reporting: Deliver regular business reviews and strategic insights to client leadership and internal teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or strategic consulting, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise clients and growing account revenue.
- Familiarity with HR Tech is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Comfortable navigating complex organizations and managing multiple stakeholders.
