About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build solutions that make people's everyday work lives easier, across both our mobile apps and web platform - through the use of intuitive interfaces and thoughtfully curated AI tools.
Work with UI/UX and product designers on new ways of interacting with applications, including a 'conversational UI'.
Debug, fix and improve application performance.
Write clean, well-documented, maintainable code while rapidly iterating and shipping.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience with TypeScript across React Native, React, and backend technologies (we use Java + Scala), plus SQL — designing, developing and maintaining full-stack features, mobile experiences and seamless integrations with external systems.
Proficiency in a statically-typed, JVM-based backend language such as Scala or Java.
Detailed knowledge of architectural patterns and how to apply them.
Skill in writing responsive, accessible and maintainable UI components.
A proven track record of clean, testable, maintainable code, and experience with unit and integration testing, CI and CD. You consistently level up the codebase.
The ability to build scalable, durable features in high-availability environments.
A self-starter with a growth mindset, eager to take on tough challenges and contribute meaningfully to the team and company.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
