Account Executive

• - Support the Media Rights unit across all sales, operations and administration
• - Supervise and manage client accounts and relationships across all media
• - Drive revenue from a portfolio of esports rights to meet and exceed sales targets
• - Negotiate & close media deals across global markets
• - Generate new opportunities/targets across TV, Online, Theatrical and Mobile
• - Prepare and conceptualise all relevant sales material and support documentation
• - Coordinate onboarding and implementation of new clients with BLAST’s Account Executive
• - Research and locate new targets and territories/markets for distribution

Media Rights Sales Executive

Accounts Payable

• Manage the full accounts payable ledger, ensuring all supplier invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner
• Review, code and post invoices across multiple cost centres and entities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors and event partners to ensure smooth payment operations
• Prepare and process payment runs, including BACS, international wires and multi-currency transactions
• Monitor and report on aged creditors, providing regular cash flow forecasts to the FinOps Manager
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and purchase order queries efficiently, escalating where necessary
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations and ensure accurate allocation of all payments
• Work with the commercial and legal teams on contract terms related to payment schedules and vendor agreements
• Support month-end close processes, including preparation of AP reports and accruals

Accounts Payable Analyst

Manager

• Manage and support our existing roster of co-streamers across our full suite of events, covering titles including Rocket League, CS2, Dota 2, Brawl Stars, and Fortnite.
• Proactively identify and recruit new high-impact creators who can expand our audience reach and align with our premium brand values.
• Lead the management (specifically via Discord) of our creator network. Act as the primary liaison, ensuring all creators have correct assets, schedules, and information they need to be successful.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with talent agents, creator agencies, and external industry stakeholders to secure top-tier talent for our events.
• Collaborate closely with the YouTube Coordinator to identify strategic YouTube creators and assist in the outreach process to bring them into BLAST’s creator network.
• Work with the wider marketing team to integrate creators into broader marketing initiatives, ensuring that influencer campaigns directly support business goals like ticket sales and peak concurrent viewership.
• Track and report on the success of creator campaigns, using key metrics to evaluate performance against viewership and ticket sales targets.
• Design and execute creator campaigns that resonate across diverse regions, tailoring your approach to fit local gaming cultures and language nuances.

Creator Manager

Events

• Support Event team members with pre-event planning and coordination for large-scale arena events worldwide
• Assist the Event Manager on-site with operational delivery, including accreditation management, catering coordination, and ground transportation logistics
• Research, secure, and manage hotel accommodations for crew, talent, and teams - including room block negotiations, rooming list management, check-in/check-out scheduling, special requests, and last-minute amendments
• Oversee on-site catering operations for crew and teams, including vendor liaison, menu planning, dietary requirement management, scheduling, and on-the-day setup
• Raise and manage purchase orders (POs) and process invoices for the Events Department, ensuring accurate budget tracking and financial compliance
• Provide flexible, ad hoc support across the Events team as required to ensure seamless event delivery

• Support prioritisation of new business opportunities with clear, data-backed rationale
• Support ideation for new products, formats, partnerships and IP extensions
• Channel that ideation and internal showering to develop high-quality pitch decks and materials for: Potential partners; IP owners; Game publishers; Platforms and brands
• Ensure ideas are well packaged with a clear narrative, strong visuals, logical structure and compelling commercial logic, grounded in data and persuasive storytelling
• Prepare for and participate in meetings with external partners and stakeholders
