• Lead global mobility function and manage a small team responsible for visas and work authorisations for employees, freelancers and esports players.
• Oversee travel department responsible for booking flights to all events worldwide and line manage internal Travel team.
• Develop and improve comprehensive global mobility strategy aligning with large-scale esports tournaments.
• Oversee end-to-end process for securing visas, work permits, and other right-to-work documentation; act as escalation point for complex visa/immigration issues.
• Partner with People & Culture, Legal, and Ecosystem teams; maintain relationships with external immigration providers and government bodies.
• Advise senior leadership on mobility risks; forecast and manage budgets related to global mobility and travel; identify cost savings opportunities.
