• Track and capitalise on emerging trends, including mass participation and creator-led competitions, new live and digital formats, distribution models and platform shifts
• Support prioritisation of new business opportunities with clear, data-backed rationale
• Support ideation for new products, formats, partnerships and IP extensions
• Channel that ideation and internal showering to develop high-quality pitch decks and materials for: Potential partners; IP owners; Game publishers; Platforms and brands
• Ensure ideas are well packaged with a clear narrative, strong visuals, logical structure and compelling commercial logic, grounded in data and persuasive storytelling
• Prepare for and participate in meetings with external partners and stakeholders
• Conduct background research on companies, IP, games, creators and platforms
• Capture insights, actions and follow-ups from partner discussions

Business Development Associate

Account Manager

• Act as the day-to-day Sponsorship Account Manager for assigned partners
• Manage the briefing, creation, approval, and delivery of all partner assets, content, signage, and activations
• Coordinate with internal teams: creative, broadcast, content, sales, event operations - to ensure timely delivery of rights
• Work closely with content teams and partners in preparation for media days, including on-site oversight during shoots
• Oversee all on-site partner delivery during events, including:
• - Broadcast integrations
• - Stage activations
• - Booth setups
• - Hospitality and VIP experiences
• Host partners and provide structured venue tours, explaining broadcast areas, backstage operations, fan zones, hospitality spaces, and how/where their sponsorship elements appear throughout the event
• Serve as the primary on-the-ground contact for partners, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from load-in to show close
• Collaborate with social/media teams to ideate, plan, and publish partner content aligned with their objectives
• Make real-time decisions during live events to protect timelines, meet partner expectations, and support show integrity
• Support post-event reporting, recap decks, and metrics

Sponsorship Account Manager

Backend Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend APIs and microservices.
• Design and implement efficient database schemas and queries for PostgreSQL.
• Implement caching strategies using Redis to optimize application performance.
• Build and maintain integrations with messaging platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp).
• Implement media processing pipelines and services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented TypeScript/JavaScript code.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members to deliver features.

• - Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This includes the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns for events, sponsorships, partnerships, and team activations.
• - Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end campaign management from concept to execution. This includes content creation, performance analysis, and optimisation to ensure maximum ROI.
• - Publisher Relationship: Build and maintain a positive and trusted relationship with Epic, managing their needs and expectations vs BLAST objectives.
• - Audience Engagement: Understand the nuances of FNCS and RLCS fanbases in collaboration with the social team to create tailored marketing content that resonates with gamers, influencers, and esports enthusiasts across platforms, including social media, Twitch, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• - Content Development: Work with the content team to evolve and innovate content delivery, engaging fans and building communities.
• - Brand Development: Work to enhance the visibility and positioning of FNCS and RLCS, ensuring that campaigns are consistent with the brand’s values and objectives while standing out in the competitive esports and wider entertainment landscape.
• - Partnerships & Sponsorships: Collaborate closely with the commercial team to maximise exposure and collaborative opportunities. Work on integrated partnership content campaigns and sponsorship activations to drive engagement and revenue.
• - Data & Analytics: Work with ticketing partners and agencies to track campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to improve marketing strategies and future campaigns.
• - Budget Management: Manage your ecosystem PNL, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaign activities and measuring the effectiveness of spend.
• - Line Management: Manage any junior team members or interns we have join the audience team. Organising their projects, workload, and pastoral support.
• - Deputisation: Deputise for Head of Marketing and Social in their absence to cover marketing strategy and delivery across other ecosystems.
