• Schedule and coordinate intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and team dynamics; maintain detailed records of all recruitment discussions.

• Create early design concepts through sketching, 3D modeling, and rendering (SolidWorks).
• Develop and refine designs from concept to production, balancing user needs, manufacturability, and brand coherence.

• Working in collaboration with the Vice President, Client Success, building leading, and mentoring the Client Success team, by ensuring the team remains objective and results driven.
• Oversee the retention of our customer base with the continuous coaching of our Client Success Managers
• Oversee the renewal of customers’ service contracts through the oversite of renewal quotes and ensure our Client Success team follows through to completion.
• Oversee the application of sales methodologies to create, manage and close opportunities for account expansion to increase revenue from existing accounts

• Build and manage Blackline’s global events calendar — spanning trade shows, hosted events, partner activations, webinars, and integrated marketing programs.

• Collaborate with demand gen and brand teams to ensure events are part of larger programs that nurture leads, accelerate pipeline, and build awareness.
