Partner with Operations team to ensure seamless system functionality and user adoption.
Maintain and organize documentation repositories (SharePoint, OneNote) and create training/process materials.
Drive standardization, consistency, and efficiency in workflows across departments and Branches.
Direct and implement advertising and promotional campaigns based on market research.
Manage websites, SEO strategies, and digital marketing channels to drive engagement and client acquisition.
Create engaging content, graphics, and materials for social media, community events, and educational opportunities.
Build and execute branch-level and firm-wide marketing initiatives, including sponsorships, trade shows, webinars, and reputation management.
Develop and maintain referral partnerships and local business networks.
Produce reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate marketing effectiveness and business progress.
Provide proactive insights to leadership, ensuring alignment with overall firm goals.
Continuously monitor industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity to inform strategies.
Use CRM (Pipedrive) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, WordPress, Sprout Social) to track marketing performance and optimize campaigns.
Represent the firm at community and industry events; facilitate webinars, live events, and online discussions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of marketing experience in a corporate or agency environment (experience with CPA or professional service firms preferred).
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media management, and content creation.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), WordPress, Google Analytics, and CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident in networking and public speaking.
Demonstrated initiative with the ability to anticipate challenges and deliver solutions proactively.
Ability to travel by car and/or airplane to various branch offices and networking events.
Physical ability to sit for prolonged periods and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
