Lead design discovery activities within your squad, working closely with Product Managers and developers
Collaborate with the other Product Designers ensuring consistency through the entire platform and journeys
Turn insights and requirements into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Test solutions with users and iterate based on qualitative and quantitative data
Guide the Research Strategy within your squad and manage with other designers the Research repository
Contribute to the design system and its evolution
Organize and manage co-design sessions and workshops, helping to spread a strong design culture
Impact measurement: You'll evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions through data and feedback, maintaining a continuous improvement cycle
Requirements
4–6 years of experience as a UX/Product Designer ideally in digital product companies with rapid growth
You're not just a task executor, but a strategic collaborator working closely with Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and other departments stakeholders. (es. marketing)
A portfolio showcasing your end-to-end design process, we don’t care about the aesthetic but the way you take decisions and solve problems.
Proficiency with Figma and familiarity with analytics and collaboration tools (we use Amplitude, Qlik, FigJam and Miro)
A user-obsessed, data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Fluent English (Italian is a plus, but not required).
