About the role
- Drive the design process end-to-end from discovery through delivery, shaping user-centered solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Engineers, Stakeholders, Design experts) to create and iterate cohesive design solutions
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Conduct user research and usability testing (interviews, surveys, usability tests, analysis of user behavior data) to validate decisions
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design systems and uphold accessibility standards
- Participate in design reviews, advocate for design best practices, and refine solutions based on feedback and data-driven insights
- Effectively communicate design concepts, rationales, and deliverables to team members, stakeholders, and clients
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work for web and/or mobile applications
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Experience leading or co-leading design discovery and user research workshops with stakeholders and clients
- Proven ability to work in a cross-functional team within an Agile environment
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Passion for creating seamless, delightful design experiences and commitment to design delivery excellence
- Mindset geared toward continuous learning and adaptability
