About the role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic, global team
  • Lead Product Design: Oversee the entire design lifecycle of digital products, ensuring they align with user needs and business goals
  • User-Centered Research: Conduct thorough UX/UI research and justify design decisions using data-driven insights
  • Design Solutions: Create low and high-fidelity prototypes, sketches, wireframes, and storyboards to communicate ideas effectively
  • Design Systems: Develop and manage design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and internal teams to implement designs, ensuring clear documentation and asset delivery
  • Iterate and Improve: Analyze user feedback and product performance, and implement iterative improvements
  • iGaming Expertise: Contribute to the creation and enhancement of features tailored for poker, casino, and betting experiences, driving user engagement and monetization
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying them strategically

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading UX/UI projects in the iGaming sector (poker, casino, betting is a plus)
  • Expertise in Figma and strong knowledge of design system principles
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changes, and thrive in an agile environment
  • Familiarity with user-centered design principles and iterative design processes
  • Experience in analyzing user behavior and implementing data-driven improvements
  • Knowledge of poker gameplay and strategies (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and motion design tools like Adobe After Effect (optional)
  • An online portfolio showcasing a variety of UX/UI projects with measurable outcomes
