Requirements

  • Solid background in UX and UI design, with a portfolio that shows high-quality “shipped” work backed by data and a good eye for aesthetics Proficiency in working with Figma Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience working with design systems Practical experience with A/B testing, user research, and usability testing to guide and validate your ideas would be a strong plus Ability to explain your design choices clearly, present a few well-thought-out options, and get both business and technical teams on board Sharp attention to detail and the ability to deliver designs ready for production Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with teams across all levels of seniority. Willingness to help shape and improve design processes as needed
