Account Manager

• Comprehensive sales activities: maintenance, support and expansion of the existing customer base
• Management of assigned customer portfolios in day-to-day operations, including preparation of quotations
• Conducting price negotiations in close coordination with the business unit
• Preparation, analysis and extraction of relevant market information
• Acquisition of new customers and development of additional sales opportunities
• Participation in the budget and forecast process
• Occasional customer visits and attendance at market-relevant meetings
• Independence in follow-up on quotations

Director

• You will assume full disciplinary and functional responsibility for designing and advancing the global Quality Management System (QMS).
• You will act as the central architect for a forward-looking, digital quality infrastructure, ensuring that all GxP processes (GMP, GVP, GCP) meet the highest regulatory requirements.
• Strategic leadership: You will lead a global, cross-functional organization, oversee resource and budget planning, and serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for escalations.
• QMS design & governance: You will be responsible for the conception, implementation and continuous optimization of a process-oriented QMS across all GxP areas (e.g., deviation, CAPA, change control, management review).
• Digital quality infrastructure: You will ensure a compliant, future-proof system architecture, select eQMS solutions and oversee the alignment of IT systems within the Science function.
• Data Integrity & CSV: You will be accountable for data integrity governance and computerized system validation (CSV) in strict compliance with global regulations.
• Stakeholder management: You will act as the primary interface with regulatory authorities, contract manufacturers (CMOs) and suppliers, and drive cross-functional collaboration across the company.
• Capability building: You will ensure organizational capability by developing and implementing targeted training and qualification programs.

• You define the product-centric quality strategy.
• You ensure integration as well as product lifecycle management.
• You act as a strategic driver for patient benefit and supply continuity.

• You monitor end-to-end quality performance and manage the integration of new products.
• You ensure compliance with GMP/GDP guidelines and global regulatory requirements.
