• KPI monitoring, reporting and A/B testing with actionable optimization recommendations
• Maintenance and further development of the automation setup (templates, forms, landing pages)
• Support for scoring approaches and analytical CRM (e.g., audience and behavioral signals)
• Coordination with product marketing, sales/CRM and external service providers, including internationally
• Ensuring GDPR-compliant processes in campaigns and data handling
• Supporting other digital marketing initiatives as needed
