Field Engineer

• Perform maintenance and repair work on our technical systems
• Install and commission devices including associated hardware and software at customer sites
• Train technicians and end users on operation, maintenance and functionality of the products
• Support technical support and participate in trainings or workshops as needed
• Accurately document all service visits, test results and assist with field tests
• Independently manage the mobile inventory, including spare parts allocation

Account Manager – Region Berlin & Nordostdeutschland

• End-to-end sales activities: maintenance, support and expansion of the existing customer base
• Manage assigned customer portfolios in daily business, including preparation of quotes
• Conduct price negotiations in close coordination with the business unit
• Compile, analyze and extract relevant market information
• New customer acquisition and development of additional sales opportunities
• Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process
• Occasional customer visits and participation in market-relevant meetings
• Work independently on: tracking quotes, performing price calculations, supporting annual contracts
• Coordinate internal processes, including handling complaints (first level)
• Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as Credit Management, Logistics and Customer Service
