Key responsibilities & impact

As Director of Quality Assurance (m/f/d), you lead the global quality organization.
You define the product-centric quality strategy.
You ensure integration as well as product lifecycle management.
You act as a strategic driver for patient benefit and supply continuity.
You develop the global strategy for the established product portfolio and align it consistently with business objectives.
You monitor end-to-end quality performance and manage the integration of new products.
You ensure compliance with GMP/GDP guidelines and global regulatory requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree (Master/PhD) in a relevant scientific or pharmaceutical discipline.
More than 10 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance, including proven leadership of large, senior QA organizations in an international environment.
Deep expertise in GMP/GDP regulations and a strong understanding of modern quality management systems.
Strong analytical skills to translate complex portfolio data into strategic decisions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills at all hierarchical levels, as well as in dealings with external partners and authorities.
