About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strategic leadership & governance: Lead and develop a global, cross-functional organization.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in a natural science (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, etc.)
- More than 10 years of professional experience within complex, global structures of a ‘Big Pharma’ company
- Over 10 years of experience in disciplinary and functional leadership of large, internationally distributed teams
- Deep understanding of QMS design and eQMS platforms (e.g., Veeva, TrackWise or similar)
- Fluent command of German and English, both written and spoken
