Account Executive

• Generate revenue through the BLS West Coast Lab Services.
• Conduct targeted outreach through email, calls, and LinkedIn to introduce Biolog Lab Services capabilities and qualify leads as they come in.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities across the West Coast and collaborate directly with the VP of Lab Services Commercial to close opportunities, as needed.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners.
• Work with Marketing to support campaigns, promotions, and new service launches.
• Track all activities and opportunities in the CRM system (Sales Force) and report progress regularly.
• Represent Biolog Lab Services at select industry conferences and regional events.
• Partner with lab operations, customer service, accounting and project teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction.
