Controller

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multiple entities, ensuring timely, accurate financial statements
• Oversee AP, AR, payroll, and the general ledger, including invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations
• Own the preparation and posting of journal entries and general ledger transactions
• Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Own vendor spend management, including contract review, renewals, and consolidation

Financial Controller

Account Manager

• Act as the primary strategic supporter to the VP, operationalizing the overarching agency partnership strategy and managing daily workflows to drive business objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain deep, daily relationships with core leaders, media planners, supervisors, and key influencers across holding companies and independent agencies.
• Partner closely with internal Sales, Client Services, Product, and Marketing teams to track deliverable timelines, align agency feedback with product roadmaps, and support revenue-driving initiatives.
• Own the development and rollout of partner-facing toolkits, POVs, playbooks, and case studies. Facilitate education and scaled learning sessions to ensure agency teams fully understand Big Happy’s unique value proposition.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on agency partnership performance, spend adoption metrics, and joint business plan (JBP) progress to internal leadership.
• Identify organic growth opportunities within existing agency accounts, support commercial deal structuring (such as endeavors or JBPs), and assist in pitches for net-new agency access.
• Execute Big Happy’s agency partnership framework across holding companies, independents, and specialty shops.
• Position Big Happy as a seamless, day-to-day extension of agency teams for DOOH, high-impact mobile execution, and offsite retail media.
• Coordinate GTM materials and lead training efforts to unlock net-new agency access and support Sales teams in deeper account penetration.

Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships – Agency Development

Operations

• Own campaign setup, launch, and management across DSPs from start to finish with minimal oversight
• Manage audience targeting, inventory selection, pacing, spend, and client KPIs to drive performance
• Monitor budgets and pacing to ensure full delivery across assigned campaigns
• Implement optimization strategies around inventory management, engagement, brand safety, viewability, and bidding to align with client needs and best practices
• Monitor campaign performance daily; identify trends, troubleshoot delivery issues, and execute optimization plans with limited assistance
• Provide initial analysis of campaign performance and prepare client-facing reports and recap presentations with some guidance
• Ensure campaign profitability by monitoring margins and adjusting bids
• Partner with analytics and strategy teams to align insights with messaging and creative testing
• Maintain accurate trafficking of creatives, pixels, and tracking tags including GTM, UTM, and third-party measurement tools
• Troubleshoot agency platform-related questions with some assistance from senior team members
• Develop strong comfort and working knowledge of all SSPs leveraged at Big Happy
• Work closely with Strategy, Analytics, and Creative teams to translate marketing goals into programmatic execution plans
• Communicate clearly with account managers and clients when needed to explain performance, opportunities, and platform insights
• Collaborate closely with Publisher Development Team to align on inventory, media spend, publisher queries, and KPIs

Senior Programmatic Ad Ops Analyst

• Develop deep understanding of programmatic advertising including best practices, capabilities, and products
• Work closely with cross-functional teams internally and externally to drive programmatic revenue growth
• Assist with managing the post-sale process of Big Happy creative mobile programmatic campaigns
• Assist with setup for new PMP Deal IDs, optimizations, reporting and daily management in our SSPs
• Prepare campaign reporting and wrap-up presentations for Big Happy’s programmatic clients
• Help strategize and troubleshoot client programmatic deal requests and general capability inquiries
• Help manage and closely monitor PMP deal health to ensure optimal delivery for our campaigns
• Provide a high level of customer service to clients with effective communication, timely responses to requests and proactive resolutions to potential issues
