Acquisitions/Dispositions: due diligence, closing, exchange set-up, review of closing statements
Update and maintain summary of acquisitions, dispositions, financing and 1031 exchanges and sold properties’ IRR calculations
Update and maintain property tax basis quarterly
Maintain and review accuracy of loan information in LoanBoss
Prepare special reports: draw requests from LOC facilities, company presentation updates, transaction gain/loss calculations, other management requests
Requirements
Latin honors (cum laude or better) from a reputable university
Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance and/or accounting a plus
MBA degree preferred
2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management and/or acquisitions
Experience with top consulting firms (Accenture, McKinsey, Bain & Company, Deloitte, KPMG and Boston Consulting Group) or top financial institutions
Comfort and proficiency in underwriting and analyzing real estate opportunities
Advanced Excel modeling skills required
Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability
Strong organizational, time management, verbal and written skills
Strong desire to succeed and ability to work effectively with minimal oversight
Ability to generate high quality, error-free work product on tight deadlines
Unquestionable integrity and ethics
Passion for commercial real estate and desire to grow with the team
Experience with Yardi and LoanBoss (Yardi training referenced)
Willingness to work standard US Pacific Time business hours (8AM - 5PM Pacific Time)
Must be currently based in the Philippines (position is remote from the Philippines)
