Accounting Manager

• Assist in overseeing the teams in the Philippines including but not limited to the following: Review and processing of contractor invoices

Accounting and Admin Manager

Accountant

• Perform all accounting tasks pertaining to assigned properties such as bank reconciliation, monitoring of funding, mortgage payments, property tax and business license monitoring, BH reimbursement, and general ledger review, fixed asset reconciliation, prepare journal entries and loan posting
• Perform assigned tasks related to the monthly closing of the accounting books
• Perform annual/seasonal CAM reconciliation and respond to tenant inquiries related to CAM reconciliation for assigned properties
• Review bank reconciliation for properties assigned to other members of the team
• Open a new bank account and perform all tasks needed after acquisition/disposition of a property
• Prepare reports for the accounting team management, as assigned
• Complete other projects and tasks assigned by accounting management

General Ledger Accountant – Multi-Family

Executive Assistant

• Coordinate communications and interface with internal and external business partners ensuring tasks are completed
• Research and provide input on various projects and initiatives the Company may be considering
• Schedule meetings and appointments recognizing the importance of deadlines and responsiveness
• Maintain an organized filing system of electronic documents
• Prioritize responsibilities ensuring those most critical are resolved
• Prepare reports and analysis of special projects as required
• Uphold and maintain strict adherence to matters of confidential nature

Executive Assistant, CPA

Data Analyst

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs
• Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau
• Optimize data models and queries using SQL
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability in the dashboards
• Create reports and visualizations that effectively communicate insights
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for dashboards
• Complete other assigned projects and administrative tasks

Operator

• Operate and monitor digital LED signage across multiple commercial properties in the United States
• Upload, schedule, and manage advertising content based on campaign timelines
• Ensure content meets technical specifications and adheres to brand and tenant standards
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with property staff or technicians as needed
• Maintain accurate digital content logs and performance documentation
• Track display uptime, campaign delivery, and ad performance metrics
• Collaborate with property and asset management teams to ensure timely updates

Digital Advertising Operator

General

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant service requests and inquiries.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, ensuring timely follow-up on concerns and compliance with lease requirements.
• Coordinate with local vendors for repairs, maintenance, inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Assist in onboarding and managing vendor relationships, including scheduling and performance tracking.
• Troubleshoot property-level issues, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Track and manage lease expirations, renewals, rent escalations, and other critical dates.
• Monitor rent collections and escalate delinquencies to accounting or legal as needed.
• Maintain organized digital records of lease documents, vendor contracts, COIs, and compliance records.
• Assist in preparing annual property budgets and monitor expenses to ensure adherence.
• Assist in calculating CAM charges and support reconciliation and collection processes.
• Review and code operating expenses per company policies.
• Generate reports including occupancy updates, lease tracking summaries, work order logs, and variance analyses.
• Support capital project tracking and vendor follow-up.
• Submit timely updates and participate in recurring internal property status meetings.

Property Coordinator
