• Supervise and mentor the recruiting team, providing guidance and performance feedback

HR Manager, Recruitment

Operations

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant service requests and inquiries
• Assist in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, ensuring timely follow-up on concerns and compliance with lease requirements
• Coordinate with local vendors for repairs, maintenance, inspections, and compliance documentation
• Assist in onboarding and managing vendor relationships, including scheduling and performance tracking
• Troubleshoot property-level issues, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations
• Track and manage lease expirations, renewals, rent escalations, and other critical dates
• Monitor rent collections and escalate delinquencies to accounting or legal as needed
• Maintain organized digital records of lease documents, vendor contracts, COIs, and compliance records
• Assist in preparing annual property budgets and monitor expenses to ensure adherence
• Assist in calculating CAM charges and support reconciliation and collection processes
• Review and code operating expenses per company policies
• Generate reports including occupancy updates, lease tracking summaries, work order logs, and variance analyses
• Support capital project tracking and vendor follow-up
• Submit timely updates and participate in recurring internal property status meetings

Property Operations Coordinator

Executive Assistant

• Provide virtual support to the executive team
• Coordinate executive communications and interface with internal and external business partners ensuring tasks are completed
• Research and provide input on various projects and initiatives the Company may be considering
• Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries recognizing the importance of deadlines and responsiveness
• Maintain an organized filing system of electronic documents
• Prioritize responsibilities ensuring those most critical are resolved
• Prepare reports and analysis of special projects as required
• Uphold and maintain strict adherence to matters of confidential nature

Accountant

• Perform all accounting tasks pertaining to assigned properties
• Prepare commercial billing, send tenant statements, post leases, post receipts
• Prepare waiver of late fees and reversal of charges
• Prepare billback to tenants, process and post tenant move-outs
• Update the rent roll due to changes in unit size or number
• Ensure that we have on file the tenants’ current certificates of insurance (COI)
• Post property management reports for commercial and office suites
• Manage relationships with tenants and property management companies
• Follow up and work with asset and property managers to collect delinquent accounts
• Conduct accounting processes related to property acquisition/disposition
• Prepare sales tax forms and submit payment for processing
• Prepare reports for the accounting team management, as assigned
• Complete other projects and tasks assigned by accounting management
