• Supervise and mentor the recruiting team, providing guidance and performance feedback
• Oversee daily recruiting activities and ensure positions are filled within the desired timeline
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for commercial real estate roles
• Manage sourcing efforts across platforms such as LinkedIn and other job boards
• Review and approve candidate screening and selection processes
• Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment plans accordingly
• Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires in the Philippines
• Review and analyze recruiting metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports for leadership
• Identify tools, trends and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency
