About the role
- Develop developer-focused documentation, including API references, tutorials, and Microsoft Learn content.
- Review and refine AI-generated drafts to ensure technical accuracy, clarity, and compliance with documentation standards.
- Work closely with program managers and subject matter experts to gather technical insights and translate them into structured, user-friendly content.
- Contribute to documentation framework design and enhance overall user experience.
- Maintain consistency in structure, tone, and style across all deliverables.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on developer documentation (e.g., APIs, SDKs, tutorials).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Learn or equivalent documentation standards.
- Strong ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly.
- Proficiency in Markdown, GitHub, and documentation management tools.
- Excellent English writing and editing skills.
- Ability to work in PST time zone.
- Occasional infrequent in person activity may be required
