About the role
- Perform hands-on trade work including painting, welding, carpentry, drywall/framing, machining, and mechanical tasks
- Build and support advanced manufacturing systems
- Maintain and repair world-class facilities and equipment
- Read and follow technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints for installations and repairs
- Cross-train across multiple trades and collaborate with teams to support production needs
- Contribute to BETA’s mission of developing sustainable electric aviation through quality craftsmanship
Requirements
- Proven experience in your trade (professional or vocational training preferred)
- Experience in one or more trades: Painting; Welding; Carpentry; Drywall/Framing; Machining; Mechanical work
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings, schematics, or blueprints
- Team player with a problem-solving mindset
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
