Provide technical support via phone and chat for clients across Canada
Perform product repair, troubleshooting, upgrades, installations, and other services using remote desktop software
Provide tutorials to clients on the proper use of their products
Identify and recommend solutions based on customers’ needs
Complete training to continuously improve the client experience
Work a flexible schedule supporting a 24/7/365 business (up to 24 hours/week across shifts)
Potential to extend contract or transition to permanent role based on performance
Requirements
1+ years of help desk or technical call centre experience
Experience in troubleshooting and/or repairing devices
Completion of high school diploma or equivalent
Verbal and written proficiency in English
Availability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
Availability to work up to 24 hours per week over a maximum of 5 shifts; shifts up to 8.5 hours
Home office must be private, quiet and not in a shared space (e.g., not in living room)
Subscription to a high-speed internet connection
Computer with a monitor, speakers, webcam, anti-virus software and a USB or 3.5mm PC headset
Windows device requirements: Windows 11 or later; Trusted Platform Module (TPM) version 2.0 or higher; Virtualization-Based Security (VBS) enabled; Secure Boot turned on; Memory Integrity under Core Isolation turned on
Mac device requirements: macOS 13.0 or later; Apple-manufactured chipset (M1 or higher); Touch ID must be enabled
