Work with company customers to review energy usage and strategies and implement best practices.
Support and manage the O&M of the Central Energy Plant (CEP) for the campus.
Mentor the owner's staff on O&M and energy usage of the facility.
Review energy usage daily and provide guidance, best practices, and modifications of current operations.
Manage CEP operation and maintenance including subcontractors, operators, and internal service providers.
Manage Maintenance Reserve Accounts for the CEP.
Work with operators to ensure plant operates efficiently and perform ongoing training of Plant Operators.
Develop and maintain the Plant Operating Manual.
Assist EPC team with coordination of engineering, procurement and construction activities with OMC operations.
Coordinate on-site troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts with remote support services team.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in mechanical construction with a large mechanical subcontractor or MEP design consultant or 2-3 years of management experience in a central plant or facility.
Well versed in building codes and associated standards.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
Preferred: 4 year Mechanical Engineering degree (ABET Accredited Program).
Preferred: FE preferred.
Travel: 0-5% of the time.
